Timesavers Caregiving & Concierge is hosting a series of FREE community education sessions focused on maintaining well-being and optimizing the quality of life throughout the aging process at the Daviess County Public Library.
Our second topic in the series will be Healthcare Wishes for the Future (April 22) at 2pm
Guest Speaker: Dr. Andrew Collins, Geriatrician
Geriatrician Dr. Andrew Collins specializes in the unique health needs of aging adults. He will discuss the prevention and treatment of chronic health conditions to help us maintain independence and quality of life.
About Dr. Collins: Owensboro Health welcomes Dr. Andrew Collins as its first primary-care physician specializing in caring for our aging population. He joins the team at Family Medicine Breckenridge in Owensboro. Dr. Collins was born and raised in Hazard, Kentucky and is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky. He earned his medical degree at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine and his fellowship in geriatric medicine with Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.
